About the course
This course covers all the requirements for obtaining a national High-Risk Work Licence (Class RS) for Licence to operate a reach stacker.
The duration of this course is 5 days and it is conducted at Ingleburn NSW.
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate a reach stacker safely.
Reach stacker means a powered reach stacker that incorporates an attachment for lifting and lowering a shipping container.
This unit applies to the activities of a person operating a reach stacker greater than 3 tonnes capacity that incorporates an attachment for lifting, moving and travelling with a shipping container (not including a portainer crane).
A person performing this work is required to hold a reach stacker high-risk work (HRW) licence.
This unit requires a person operating a reach stacker to plan work, conduct routine checks, prepare reach stacker operations, operate the reach stacker, travel the reach stacker and mobile container, and shut down and secure the reach stacker.

Payments
Fees and Charges
This training course is GST-exempt.
This course attracts a fee of $2,058.00 per participant and is GST-exempt. These fees cover all training, assessment, use of machinery/equipment, stationary (books, pens, use of calculator and resources), whistles (where applicable), and most importantly, the amazing experience.
Deposit Payment is available. You will pay $500.00 to secure the spot, and the remaining amount must be paid on the course commencement date.
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be issued a Statement of Attainment in the above unit. Statements of Attainment are valuable documents and need to be retained.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be eligible to obtain a NSW High-Risk Work Licence (Class RS) for Licence to operate a reach stacker.
This course will be delivered and assessed by WH&S Training & Assessment Services Pty Ltd – RTO 45601.
